The Pokémon Spring Regional Championships is the next big event in the 2016 Play! Pokémon tournament season. Held in cities across North America in May 2016, each Regional Championships is part of a title-event series where players compete for the title of Regional Champion! Results of the Regional Championships can give a serious boost to a player’s Championship Points and chances of awards or even an invitation to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships!
Who can play at the Spring Regional Championships?
There are no prerequisites to enter a Regional Championships. Pokémon tournaments use Swiss-style pairings, so all players can play in every round of an event until the finals are determined.
